Aparece a fábrica na parte mais baixa do terreno e duas casas de moradia na parte mais elevada. Em frente à fábrica encontra-se sete homens, estande um, sobre uma carroça atrelada à junta de cavalos. Observa-se fumaça que procede de forno, atrás da fábrica. José Frantz e Luiz Frantz (filho) - proprietário desta fábrica.
